  • Pickleball games and rules, basic SDRD (serve deep, return deep)
  • 3 different types of serves

Advanced Techniques

  • 4 types of dinking, drop shots and 3rd shot drop
  • Drive, block and split step

  • When to attack
  • When to soft game
  • How to have court awareness
  • How to position yourself upon opponents' moves
