Participation Agreement

Securing Your Spot

  • Your slot will only be secured after payment has been made and updated.
  • Being on the waitlist without payment does not guarantee a spot.
  • Unpaid slots may be released to the next player.
  • Prompt payment helps us plan the session more effectively. If something comes up and you're unable to make it, we offer free cancellation with a full refund as long as you inform us more than 24 hours before the game — keeping things fair and efficient.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation freeze applies within 24 hours of the session.

Rain Policy

  • In the event of heavy rain before the session begins, the game might be cancelled and the facilitator will notify all confirmed participants; full refunds in this case.
  • In the event of light rain / light drizzle, gameplay will still continue. Players can choose to stop gameplay and request a refund with the facilitator.
  • In the event of moderate to heavy rain occurring midway, refunds will be prorated according to the duration of rain.
  • Refunds will be made within 2 working days.

Player Selection

  • Players will be selected to ensure balanced games and not based on first come first serve.
  • Priority will be given to those who make payment promptly after being added.

Game Format

  • Play to 15 points (Rally scoring, sudden death at 15).
  • 4 in / 4 out.

Others

  • Not suitable for absolute beginners.
  • BYOP (Bring Your Own Paddle).
  • Balls will be provided.
  • Please be punctual.
  • Good vibes only.

Indemnity against Picklepedia

By registering for and participating in a Picklepedia event, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. 1Participation is entirely at your own risk.
  2. 2The organizers shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident sustained during the event.
  3. 3You confirm that you are medically fit to participate and agree to stop playing immediately if you feel unwell.
  4. 4You agree to follow all event rules, court rotations, and instructions given by the organizers to ensure fair play and safety for all participants.
  5. 5You consent to photography and videography taken during the event, which may be used for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes without compensation.
